Product Description:
The exothermic riser sleeve offered by SHANDONG CQ NEW MATERIALS INC. is designed with low density, accurate sizing, and excellent exothermic effects, making it ideal for feeding iron and steel castings. This sleeve can be easily inserted into the sand mold post-modeling or paired with a sand core before being placed in the mold. By using this exothermic riser sleeve, casting yields are significantly improved, casting density is enhanced, and the need for extensive cleaning and welding repairs is reduced.
