Product Description:
The exothermic riser sleeve from SHANDONG CQ NEW MATERIALS INC. is designed with low density, accurate sizing, and excellent exothermic effects, making it ideal for iron and steel casting applications. This sleeve can be easily inserted into the sand mold post-modeling or combined with the sand core before placing it in the mold. By using this exothermic riser sleeve, casting yields are improved, casting density is enhanced, and the need for extensive cleaning and welding repairs is reduced.
